'The Namesake' by Jhumpa Lahiri
When I got to Capitol in the first week of May to refresh my library, and partly to keep me company while flying, I noticed Jhumpa Lahiri's new novel 'The Namesake' on the shelves. Having read a lot of positive press about her earlier work 'The Interpreter of Maladies', and seconded by the recommendation of the owner of Capitol, I just purchased without a second thought. And I must say that reading this novel leaves with a potpourri of feelings you never knew existed within you.
